This week, we have been learning about Chinese New Year and how the festival is celebrated around the world. We looked at the book The Great Race by Ling and Eric Lee, which is all about the Chinese Zodiac and how the years are named after different animals. We celebrated by having noodles and soy sauce during snack time.
