Roald Dahl day

Y2 enjoyed celebrating what would have been Roald Dahl's 100th birthday. They learned interesting facts about his life and listened to the story 'The Enormous Crocodile'. Afterwards they made stick puppets of the main characters and worked with their learning partner to act out the story. They really liked the funny ending, when the Enormous Crocodile was sizzled like a sausage by the hot sun!
